We view this as a fundamental breakdown in the UX of representative democracy and we're building a platform to fix it. We believe technology can help bridge the gap between governments and the people they serve. Indigov is a constituent relationship management suite for the modern representative. Our platform reduces average response times from weeks to minutes for 90% of incoming messages. Today, you can find Indigov being used at all levels of government, including United States Congress, State Legislatures, Governors, Attorneys General, County Executives, Mayors, and City + County Councils. We are expanding rapidly and need additional team members to join us in our pursuit to build the future of representative democracy.

Indigov is seeking a highly organized and politically savvy Partnerships and Sales Coordinator to play a crucial role in driving our revenue growth. This role will be instrumental in leveraging our expert advisor network, managing strategic partnerships, supporting sales deployments, and providing critical political intelligence to our sales and support teams. This is a hybrid role based in Washington, DC.

What You’ll Do: 

Advisor Network 

  • Assists Director of Partnerships to recruit, onboard, and manage experts in political consulting that align with our informed sales strategy
  • Oversees and tracks sales requests with the advisor network, centralizing department needs, and ensuring efficient communication and coordination between sales and advisors
  • Prepares sales department and Indigov CEO for personalized, one-on-one interactions with elected officials and senior-level staff arranged by advisors
  • Evaluates advisor performance to quantitatively and qualitatively track their progress through Salesforce, and cycle advisors in/out based on performance and the sales roadmap 
  • Quarterly accounting of Advisor generated pipeline in total and by advisor to evaluate advisor performance and recommend on-boarding and off-boarding opportunities based on political analysis and advisor-burn 
  • Establish structured on-boarding and off-boarding system for advisors and partners
  • Leverages advisors to increase pipeline generation at conferences and other partnership events

Event Coordination and Association Partners

  • Manages NLC, RSLC, DLCC and other association partnerships and leads event coordination for sales team and Indigov CEO
  • Assists Director of Growth Strategy to support strategic partnerships
  • Works with Director of Growth Strategy and Director of Sales to identify, vet and onboard association partners to increase Indigov’s presence in specified verticals
  • Drive Joint Content Creation: Coordinate with strategic partners to develop joint case studies, research, and social media content.  Gather Client Testimonials and Endorsements
  • Creates Engaging Social Content: Develop a consistent stream of compelling content for Indigov's LinkedIn account to build brand awareness, drive revenue, and facilitate lead conversion.  Works closely with strategic partners and advisors to create coordinated social media content that drives revenue opportunities and strengthens relationships

Political Strategy & Analysis

  • Analyzes ever-changing political landscape to develop projections for the client success department on client turnover, as well as identify specific targets in designated verticals and territories to optimize sales growth and client retention
  • Identifies, develops, and supports revenue campaigns based on political research 
  • Provides policy priority research upon request from Director of Sales to strengthen sales pitches

The expected US base salary for this full-time position is $55,000-$70,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level.
