Indigov is a constituent relationship management suite for the modern representative. Our platform reduces average response times from weeks to minutes for 90% of incoming messages. At Indigov, we have defined a new category of software, which is changing communication between elected officials and the people they serve. We are growing quickly in both customer acquisition and revenue, and you can find Indigov across the US in the United States House of Representatives, State legislatures, Governors, Attorneys General, Mayor and City/County Council offices. Our product is already impacting over 150 million Americans, and we are just getting started."

We are seeking a Technical Integration Specialist to join our Professional Services team. In this customer-facing role, you will serve as the primary technical resource, managing and optimizing the integration points between our SaaS product and client systems. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless configuration, onboarding, and troubleshooting of complex systems integrations, including user provisioning, Single-Sign-On (SSO), and email integrations.

This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise and exceptional client-facing communication skills. You will collaborate with both internal teams and external client stakeholders to deliver smooth and efficient implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Integrations: Lead the technical aspects of integrating our SaaS platform with client systems, including Active Directory, Single-Sign-On (SSO) using Okta, and email system integrations to our CRM.
  • User Provisioning Optimization: Oversee and enhance user provisioning processes through Terraform and Okta, ensuring smooth and efficient access management for clients.
  • Automation and Integration: Design and implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline the provisioning process and improve efficiency.
  • Client Communication: Facilitate technical discussions and onboarding calls with clients, ensuring their systems are configured and integrated correctly.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and maintain monitoring systems to ensure the reliability of the access management process and provide regular reports on provisioning status.

  • Exposure to Identity Providers within the Okta environment
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Proven ability to lead technical discussions and communicate effectively with clients, both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for resolving complex technical issues in real-time.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple client integrations simultaneously and delivering projects on time.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to clients.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and align with internal teams to achieve client success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

What makes an ideal candidate:

  • Passion. Building beautiful products that take complex tasks and make them feel simple and intuitive
  • Accountability. In a small team of early employees, it is crucial that we all own the outcome and quality of the work we do. The buck always stops with you!
  • Grit. Working with government can be challenging in ways that startups frankly aren’t, but the scale and importance of the problems we are solving more than make up for it. We are looking for folks that share that mentality.
  • Curiosity. You care about people and the problems they have, and seek to empathize and understand.

Working at Indigov:

  • Competitive salary, equity, healthcare, and 401k

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
